Understanding Infertility

Welcome to the Infertility Self Assessment Tool. If you are concerned about infertility and don’t know where to start, you’ve come to the right place. It should take less than one minute to complete the questions and get your personal printable results. Keep in mind that the Infertility Self Assessment Tool is designed to create awareness about possible conditions and help you identify potential areas to discuss with your primary care physician or fertility specialist. It is not a replacement for an appointment with your doctor. A doctor should evaluate any relevant condition.

Your Self Assessment: None of the assessment questions are flagged as “required” to answer, however the more questions you can answer, the more relevant your results will be.  Please be as open and accurate with your answers as possible.  Once you have completed the steps, the tool analyzes your answers and provides the appropriate results. Because none of your information is collected or stored*, you would need to start over for future assessments.
